Surface mounted to the door header transom bar for outward opening doors, or to the door frame transom bar using L and Z brackets for inward opening doors. Requires a maximum 3mm door gap. Two brackets are required for double magnet installations. Built-in voltage spike suppressor. Operates as positive fail safe unless battery backup is available.
