Shipping and Returns



We know that when you place an order with us you want the goods as soon as possible. We are committed to providing you with the best customer experience possible.

If your order is less than £50, we’ve just introduced a new low cost Royal Mail delivery option. You can of course still opt for a courier service if you'd prefer. All courier orders are sent by DPD or DHL using their next day delivery service to UK destinations (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). Carriage for orders over £50 + VAT is FREE and is sent via DPD or DHL for delivery on a next working day service (see DPD and DHL terms and conditions). Please note that 'Next Day' means next working day and therefore excludes weekend deliveries.

Please Note: All next day deliveries are subject to stock availability. Only IN STOCK items can be guaranteed. Please check stock with our sales team (Call 0208 621 6210) if your delivery is time critical.

For destinations outside the UK please add the relevant carriage to your Shopping Cart. When importing products into your country you may incur local import duty and taxes outside our control. Please make sure you are aware of any costs as these charges are your responsibility.

We also offer a Saturday AM delivery option which is only available on a Friday for shipping of in stock items.

Your order is important to us, and will be despatched using our same day despatch service. Please be aware that whilst we despatch same day, certain elements remain outside our control. As mentioned, we use DPD or DHL for our deliveries and as a result of the pandemic, high volume of business, staff shortages and unusual weather conditions some deliveries may well encounter delays. Door Entry Direct Ltd cannot accept liability should this occur and no refund or compensation payment will be made as a consequence. We recommend that all of our customers consider this when ordering, and if possible order early so the goods are there when you need them.

Returned Goods - Faulty

Goods returned for repair, credit or replacement must be accompanied by our Faulty Goods Returns form indicating the nature of the suspected defect, showing clearly the returnee’s full name and address and giving proof of purchase from “The Company”. Repair charges will be incurred for any goods returned outside the manufacturers warranty period, goods damaged through misuse or goods returned as faulty for which no fault is found.

Returned Goods - Not required

Goods returned for credit will only be accepted at our discretion if they are in their original boxes, accompanied with our Not Required Returns form, complete with instructions etc., undamaged and considered resalable.  We cannot accept any special or engraved panels as returns for credit, this includes items which are not standard stock.  Inspection and restocking fees will be charged according to the following time frames.

Within 14 days  . . . . . 0%
Within 30 Days  . . . . . 10%
Within 60 Days  . . . . . 20%
Within 90 Days  . . . . . 30%

Under no circumstances, will items older than 90 days, be accepted as returns for credit. A minimum handling charge for all goods returned for credit at our discretion.
