Alpro FP1200-1 is a 1mm thick aluminium filler plate designed for use with the Alpro EMS1200 compact shearlock surface mount housings. It is used to adjust the offset between the magnet and armature when surface mounting the shearlock on doors and frames of varying thicknesses.
Filler plates are inserted between the surface mount housing and the door or frame to ensure correct alignment and gap between the shearlock magnet face and armature plate. The 1mm thickness is the thinnest option available, with 2mm (FP1200-2) and 6mm (FP1200-6) variants also offered for greater adjustment. Multiple filler plates can be stacked if required.
