The Videx V-5118/CR is a surface-mounted hands free intercom from the 5000 Series Eclipse range, finished in silver. It features voice switched (half-duplex) communication with the option to switch to simplex (push-to-talk) mode by holding the answer button for 3 seconds.

The unit provides four function buttons: answer call/camera recall, door open, service and privacy. The privacy function mutes the call tone when activated, with a timed duration programmable from 15 minutes up to 20 hours or unlimited. LED indicators confirm the status of each function. Call tone and loudspeaker volume are adjustable.

Manufactured in silver finish impact resistant ABS plastic, the V-5118/CR is compatible with 4K, 8K and VR range audio and video door entry systems using standard 4+1 wiring.
