A security professional installs this sensor by snapping and twisting it into a compatible Vicon Next fixture (Solo, Duo, Trio, or Quad), where it interfaces with a centralized network hub. The motorized 4.42–9.51 mm varifocal P Iris lens allows the installer to remotely fine tune the field of view, focal length, and focus from a workstation, eliminating the need for manual ladder adjustments. During daily operation, the onboard AI Vision processor performs real time forensic analytics such as object classification for people and vehicles while the integrated dual microphones and speakers enable clear two way communication and automated audio deterrents. This installation is ideally suited for high security perimeters, large commercial lobbies, and critical infrastructure where Ultra HD clarity and active situational response are mandatory.
