Vicon 1055435 V2000B-BOX Backbox is a heavy-duty housing for V2000B bullet and V2360W panoramic cameras, providing secure, weather-resistant protection for cables and connectors.

A technician installs the backbox by securing the aluminium housing directly to a wall or ceiling surface. The camera is then mounted onto the front of the box, with the cabling fed through the internal cavity. This type of installation is perfectly suited for industrial sites, building perimeters, and exposed outdoor areas where a clean finish is required and cables cannot be recessed into the mounting surface. The integrated conduit entry points allow for easy connection to surface-mounted piping, ensuring a completely sealed and durable installation.
