Fermax F-2466 PC Decoder Programming Module for MDS Systems
The Fermax F-2466 is an RS-232 serial interface module that enables local connection between a PC and the MDS Digital installation for configuration, control and management. It connects to the CN9 port on the MDS Central Unit (Ref. 2405) and provides access for programming decoders, central units, and testing installed devices.
Designed as an installer tool for maintenance of facilities that do not have a PC permanently connected. The module is also used with the USB adaptor (Ref. 24661) for installations requiring USB connectivity, supporting CAT5 UTP cable runs up to 1000 m.
