Fermax F-2532 MDS Direct CityMax Desk-Mounted Concierge Guard Unit

The Fermax F-2532 is a desk-mounted concierge and guard unit for the MDS Direct door entry system. It acts as a central communication point between visitors, outdoor panels and residents, enabling the concierge to answer, transfer and manage calls across the entire installation. The unit features an LCD display showing call status, queue information and operating mode, along with a dialling keypad and fast-access function buttons located beneath the handset.

The guard unit supports three operating modes — Day, Mixed and Night — allowing flexible call routing depending on staffing requirements. In Day mode, all panel calls are intercepted by the concierge. In Night mode, panels call apartments directly. Mixed mode allows a combination of both. The unit can communicate with any outdoor panel or apartment, bridge apartment-to-apartment calls, and activate door releases remotely.
