Fermax F-2002 VDS Automatic Pull-Up for Door Entry Systems

The Fermax F-2002 Automatic VDS Pull-Up improves data transmission on the VDS system L line. It is recommended for branched VDS installations or systems where there is a large distance between the panel or guard unit and the residential terminals. The module connects inline on the VDS bus using CN1 and CN2 connectors, each with +, - and L terminals, and incorporates a 10 kOhm pull-up resistor.

The VDS digital wiring system uses UTP CAT5, three wires plus coaxial, or five wires, making it suitable for upgrading existing analogue audio door entry systems to VDS video without re-cabling.
