CDVi RTE85E All-Active Stainless Steel Exit Button, Surface Mount

The CDVi RTE85E is a surface-mounted all-active exit button with a brushed 304 stainless steel faceplate and EXIT logo. The entire surface area of the faceplate activates the switch, making it ideal for DDA compliance and high traffic areas such as hospitals, public buildings and colleges where users may have difficulty targeting a smaller button.

Fitting onto a standard UK back box, the RTE85E includes a heavy-duty microswitch providing both NO/COM and NC/COM changeover contacts. It is tested to 1,000,000 cycles and rated IP65 for robust performance. The unit is compatible with the RPSS-CUT mounting post and can integrate a universal transmitter for wireless operation.
