Description

Bell 63F Vandal Resistant Bolt is a high-security fastener for securing Bell VR entrance panels to back box, providing tamper-proof protection to prevent unauthorized access or removal high-risk areas

The 63F bolt features a unique Pin-Hex (Security Hex) head, which includes a central protruding pin that prevents standard hexagonal Allen keys or screwdrivers from making contact. During installation, these bolts are used to fix the 2.5 mm 316-grade stainless steel fascia plates to either flush-mount or surface-mount back boxes. This ensures that the internal wiring, speech modules, and cameras are shielded from tampering. To remove or tighten the 63F bolt, a specialized security bit—typically the Model 62S (1/4 hex security bit)—is required. This system provides a simple yet highly effective deterrent against opportunistic theft or vandalism of the intercom hardware.
