The external VRP panel is manufactured from 2.5mm 316 marine-grade stainless steel, laser-engraved with flat numbers, and secured with tamper-proof bolts. For the interior, the kit includes ten XL5-PS audio handsets—the contemporary successor to the 801 series. These handsets feature a privacy/mute slide-switch with a red indicator to prevent nuisance calls. The system operates on a reliable 4+n cabling architecture and includes the Model 212 power supply and Model 203 surface lock release, making it a robust and easily specified choice for Local Authority or private residential blocks.
