Alpro AL4400 Automatic Sliding Door Magnet 12/24VDC

Alpro AL4400 patented automatic sliding door magnet with an average holding force of 680kg. This compact electromagnetic lock is designed exclusively for automatic and mechanical sliding door applications, incorporating Early Warning (EW) pressure sensor technology that sends an alarm signal before access is forced open. The unit features built-in MOV surge protection, surface mounting for easy retrofit installation, and an included armature plate security bracket.

The AL4400 connects to an automatic door control panel via a PCB control board (supplied). When the auto door returns to the closed position, the Vortex lock detects the armature plate and automatically locks after a 0.5 second time delay. On receiving an EXIT input, the lock releases and after a 0.5 second delay activates the auto door control relay output to open the door. The Early Warning alarm activation time is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds via a potentiometer on the circuit board. Power input is 12/24VDC at 260mA with a recommended 2A PSU per lock.
