The Alpro 56112 is a dual configuration mini magnet delivering a combined holding force of 500kg (1100lbs). Designed for access and exit control on aluminium, timber and steel doors, this monitored variant includes a relay with dry contact and integral LED for lock status feedback. The dual coil design accepts 12 or 24VDC input, and the built-in voltage spike suppressor protects against transient damage. Suitable for both inward and outward opening doors, the unit surface mounts to the door header transom bar for outward opening applications or to the door frame transom bar using L and Z brackets for inward opening configurations. The brushed satin aluminium housing provides a clean aesthetic finish with low ongoing maintenance. Fail safe operation ensures the door releases on power loss unless battery backup is installed. Covered by a 5 year guarantee.
