The AES EL00C-RAD-K is a complete commercial-grade wireless vehicle detection kit with dual sensing technology, combining magnetometer and radar detection. This kit includes the surface mount sensor, e-Trans 50 transceiver, concrete fixing bolts, and calibration magnet - everything needed for a single presence mode installation.
AES EL00C-RAD-K Complete Commercial Radar Vehicle Detection Kit
The sensor is surface mounted to the driveway using the included concrete fixing bolts. When a vehicle approaches, the magnetometer detects the change in magnetic field and triggers the transceiver relay. The sensor then switches to radar mode to confirm continued vehicle presence. If the magnetic field drops below threshold, radar verifies whether a vehicle remains above the sensor before releasing the relay. Two-way radio communication ensures reliable latch and unlatch confirmation.
Radar settings including dead zone, sensor distance, sensitivity, magnetic field release level, and confirmation mode are adjustable via the AES e-Diagnostics remote (sold separately). The gate or door controller must have a dedicated open input and auto close function enabled.
