Videx VRDSB140x580 Surface mounting box with rainshield for 140mm x 580mm vandal resistant digital panels. Suits SP300-1/IND/PROX and SP301-1C/IND with proximity configurations.
Videx VRDSB140x580 is a surface mounting box with integrated rainshield designed for 140mm x 580mm vandal resistant digital panels in the VX2200 range. It accommodates the largest panel configurations including audio or video digital panels with both induction loop and proximity reader options.
The surface box mounts directly to the wall face, eliminating the need for flush cutting. Silicon sealant should be applied to the left, top and right sides between the box and wall to prevent water ingress — do not seal the bottom to allow drainage. Cables enter via 20mm knockout holes fitted with rubber grommets. Secure using the supplied 40mm self-tapping masonry screws and nylon wall plugs.
