This adjustable mortice lock is suitable for use in medium security applications and has a holding force of 1000 kilos.
As standard this lock is fitted with a single pole switch which is used to monitor the locked and unlocked status of the door.
The release is fail unlocked (fail safe), which means that it will unlock in case of power failure. This electric lock type is usually installed in emergency exit or fire escape doors.
