The Videx V-CSW2220 is a PC-based concierge software package supplied with a USB security dongle. It enables a standard Windows PC to function as a full concierge station on the VX2200 IP door entry system. The software works in conjunction with the Art.2220 IP interface, connecting to the VX2200 system via LAN or WAN for centralised call handling, door release control and resident management across single or multiple buildings. Remote concierge operation is supported via VPN tunnel over the internet, requiring a minimum bandwidth of 100Kbits.
