The Videx GSM Cloud platform (cloud.videxservices.uk) enables remote programming and management of 4G GSM intercom systems via any web browser. If a subscription tier is exhausted before the annual renewal date, this top-up restores access without requiring a full tier upgrade, ensuring uninterrupted remote management capability for installers, housing associations and management companies.
