The Videx 4889 is a 9 module surface mount back box for 4000 Series door entry panels. Die cast aluminium construction with gun metal grey frame.
This surface mount back box is designed for large door entry panel installations requiring up to 9 modules. The housing is manufactured from a single piece of die cast aluminium alloy providing substantial strength and durability for outdoor installations. The modules are attached to the support frame using a strong clip in system and secured with anti-tamper lock brackets. The hinged frame design allows installers to have both hands free when making connections and adjustments to the modules. A waterproof gasket is included between the frame and back box for weather protection.
