The ER310 series electric strikes (ANSI sized) are designed for aluminium door latch lockset (ex. spring latch), having up to 12mm keeper depth for in swinging doors. The units are designed for use with most hollow metal frames and aluminum frames with the 4 inch faceplate. The stainless steel plate ensures strength and long life.

For timber frames, use the longer 8 inch faceplate supplied. This strike is reversible. This means that you can choose whether the lock will release if the power is removed (fail safe) or stay locked when power is removed (fail secure).

This strike comes with both long and short face plates and is therefore suitable for fitting into:

• Aluminium frames (use short face plate)
• Aluminium double doors (use short face plate)
• Timber frames (use long face plate)
