This handset provides 2-way audio and display a live colour video feed of the caller.

This provides a more secure method to visually identify a caller before access is granted to a building or secure area.

Equipped with a 4-inch colour TFT monitor, the HSVD-001 provides a real-time video stream from the entry panel, enabling residents or staff to see exactly who is at the door. This visual confirmation enhances situational awareness and helps prevent unauthorised access, particularly in settings where security and peace of mind are priorities.

Accessible and Intuitive Controls

Designed with inclusivity in mind, the handset features raised 20mm tactile buttons that support DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliance, making it easier for visually impaired users to operate. The two-button layout includes:

• Enter button -used to release the door lock when a call is active.
• Privacy (Do Not Disturb) button - disables the ringtone when quiet time is needed.

Note: The top button on this handset is non-functional.

LED illumination behind the buttons provides clear visual feedback on call and lock status, adding another layer of accessibility.
