Fermax F-7461 Skyline Wiegand MIFARE/EM Proximity Reader Module

The Fermax F-7461 is a Wiegand 26 output proximity reader designed for integration into Skyline and Cityline audio/video door entry panels. It supports multi-frequency credentials including EM 125KHz, MIFARE 13.56MHz and HID ISOProxII 125KHz cards and key fobs. Contactless operation with no physical reader-to-card contact required and acoustic confirmation of acceptance or rejection.

The reader operates in two configurations. In standalone mode, it supports up to 1,000 users when paired with the door controller ref. 5276, programmed via master registration and deregistration cards. In centralised mode, it supports up to 1,020 users with MDS Central Unit ref. 2405 or up to 2,048 users with AC+ Central Unit ref. 4410, using door controller ref. 4420 and PC software for programming. The Wiegand 26 protocol provides anti-sabotage security as the door release mechanism and exit button are handled by the external controller in a secure location.
