The Fermax F-5191 is a Wiegand output digital keypad in the Skyline modular panel format, designed for centralised access control installations. It allows door opening by entering a 4 to 6 digit code previously programmed in an external controller. The Wiegand keypad provides anti-sabotage security by not incorporating the door opening mechanism or exit button connection — these functions are handled by the external controller.

The Skyline format allows this keypad module to be combined with other Skyline modules (video, pushbutton, display, proximity reader) within a single panel frame, creating a fully customised entrance solution. The module clips into the Skyline frame alongside other components.
