The Fermax F-5249 is a complete radio frequency door opening kit operating at 868.35MHz with rolling-code encryption. Designed for shops, garages and single-family homes, it enables remote door activation from up to 100 metres using handheld RF transmitters.

The kit includes a dual-relay receiver capable of managing up to 500 codes and three Keysingle Mini transmitters. Each transmitter features the exclusive APS (Approaching System) which continuously transmits the signal after button press, allowing the user to activate the remote while still out of range and have the door open as they approach. The receiver supports both manual and radio-based programming, with Relay 1 configured as monostable and Relay 2 switchable between monostable and bistable modes via an internal jumper.
