The Fermax F-2060 is an emergency backup module that provides automatic battery switchover to maintain door entry system operation during mains power failure. When the mains supply fails, the module automatically connects the backup battery to provide uninterrupted 12 Vdc power. It features green and red status LEDs indicating normal and emergency operating modes respectively, plus a relay output (C/NC/NO) for mains fail detection signalling to external monitoring equipment. Compatible with any standard 12 V lead acid battery (not included). Designed for use with Ref. 88401 power supply (12 Vdc, 220 Vac input). The general power supply must be switched down and up after completing module connections.
