Eff Eff 138.13 ProFix II Fail-Unlocked Electric Strike - 12V DC

The Eff Eff 138.13 is the fail-unlocked equivalent of the 118.13, designed for interlocking, access-controlled doors where free egress on power failure is required. At just 66 x 20.1mm, it is the smallest fail-safe strike in the Eff Eff range, yet delivers a 3,750N break-in resistance. Non-handed and ProFix II compatible, the 138.13 is the correct choice for access-controlled applications such as interlocking lobbies or controlled areas where the door must default open in a power-out scenario. Note: not approved for escape route doors - specify the 332 series for emergency exit applications.
