The Fadini DRIVE 700 712L is the 175¡ non-braking underground oil-hydraulic jack for swing gates, suited to leaves up to 3 m and 700 kg. It is for residential and industrial gates where the owner wants the gate automated without any visible operator on the leaf.

Unlike all-in-one units, DRIVE 700 separates the hardware: this jack sits below the gate in the DRIVE 700 foundation box (7027L), connected by ¿ 8 copper tubes to a separate DRIVE 700 ESTRU motor-pump. The square shaft is made from hardened steel for reliability and long life. As a 175¡ version, it can also be used with the 7033L arm and guide for off-axis gate installations. The jack is supplied without oil, and the manual specifies an Elpro 27 control board.
