We know that when you place an order, that'll you want the goods as soon as possible. We are committed to providing you with the best customer experience possible.
> Orders placed by 4.00pm are despatched the same day using our 'fast despatch' service and should arrive the next working day.
> We also offer a low cost Royal Mail delivery option, specially designed for smaller lower cost items that are easy to ship and are under £50 in total net.
> Remote and offshore areas may be subject to additional charges and longer delivery time. Please call for further information.
> Our courier company sends out notifications informing of a one hour delivery slot, making it easier for you to plan your day.
> Please be aware that we use external courier companies for our delivery services. Therefore, certain elements remain outside our control that may affect delivery times, such as mis-sorting, accidents, staff shortages because of continuing Covid cases, traffic and weather conditions. Door Entry Direct Ltd cannot accept liability should this occur.
We would also strongly recommend that you take this into account when ordering goods.

There are a number of delivery options available. Please see above.
Online orders placed on Fridays
Any order placed before 4.00pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day where possible with the aim of being deleivered the next working day. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us.

If the expected delivery day from any delivery option falls on a public or bank holiday, then the delivery should be made the first working day after.
