SimpleHome flush-mount module with one input for connection of Comelit temperature and humidity sensor (included in package), one input for standard PT100 temperature sensor (not included in package) and one digital input for connection of a window contact or control button.

The module allows use of the Comelit temperature sensor or PT100 sensor to measure ambient temperature and (for Comelit sensor only) humidity and control of heating, cooling, CMV systems at multiple speeds (fan-coil, CMV, etc.) via relay outputs or 0-10V analogue outputs.

Includes dew-point control function to prevent condensation forming on floors. The thermostat function cannot be used simultaneously on the two temperature sensor inputs. The PT100 input may be used in addition to the Comelit sensor to measure the temperature of the floor and thereby accurately calculate the dew-point to avoid damaging the floor through overheating.

The Comelit temperature and humidity sensor can be installed in any residential series module by making a small hole in a cover. Max. input current: 5mA.
