Comelit 1456LC ViP System Lift Control Interface Module
The Comelit 1456LC is a DIN rail mounted interface module for integrating KONE lift management systems with the Comelit ViP (Video over IP) door entry system. It provides five Ethernet ports for connecting to the ViP network and a PoE port with selectable PoE for interfacing with the lift management system, enabling floor-level access control based on resident authorisation.
When a visitor calls a resident via the ViP entrance panel, the resident can grant access not only to the building entrance but also authorise the lift to travel to their specific floor. This eliminates the need for separate lift access credentials and centralises building access management within the ViP platform.
