The Comelit 2628 is an Elegance version audio door entry handset from the Style series, designed for use in mixed audio/video systems (Simplebus 1 and Simplebus 2). It features electronic call with volume adjustment, secrecy of speech, privacy function, a door open pushbutton, switchboard call, actuator control (Art. 1256) and a free (C/N.O.) pushbutton. The handset supports floor door call management and call repetition, and is supplied with the connection terminal 1214/2C as standard.

Up to 6 supplementary pushbuttons can be added, of which a maximum of 3 LEDs (using Art. 1626 and Art. 1627). The cover is replaceable and available in multiple colours.
