The CDVi GAER24CC is a fail secure Euro-style electric strike from the GAE series with an adjustable jaw and continuous current rating. Designed for audio video entry systems serving residential flats and small businesses, it is supplied with both mortice and rim plates. The invertible body allows left or right-handed installation without additional parts.

This is a fail secure device. It must never be installed on fire exits or emergency exits. Incorrect installation may obstruct emergency escape.

The built-in MOV (metal oxide varistor) protects connected electronic control devices from damaging electrical spikes. With a 250kg holding force and testing to 300,000 operations, the GAER24CC delivers reliable performance backed by a 5 year warranty.
