Bell BFD72 Bellfree Panel Controller is a high-capacity distribution module for Bellfree video systems, managing connections and signal routing for entrance panels with 9 to 72 call buttons.

The BFD72 acts as the central hub between the outdoor entrance panel and the internal CAT5 distribution network. It handles all critical inputs and outputs for a single entrance, including the lock release, exit button, and door monitor status. Designed to be housed in a secure electrical cupboard or intake room, this controller translates button presses from the LCP panel into digital signals that reach the correct apartment monitors. For systems larger than 8 ways, the BFD72 provides the necessary processing power and logic to ensure stable video and audio communication across high-density residential or commercial buildings.
