When a resident or patient initiates a call via a call point or pull cord, the BC-OD illuminates to guide staff quickly to the source of the alert. This model is designed for standard visual indication, though a version with an integrated sounder is also available for high-traffic areas. To increase system efficiency, up to four zones can be combined to cover common areas, ensuring that assistance requests are never missed in large healthcare or sheltered housing facilities.
