Bell 50 Single Push Button for Older SPA Style Panels

The Bell 50 is a single push button with a separate name window, designed as a replacement part for the older SPA style entrance panels that use the larger Model 51 speech unit. This is the original front-plate-mounted button design where the entire button assembly fits to the front plate of the panel. It is not compatible with the current SPA panels (SPA1 to SPA10) which use the Model 61 speech unit and feature integrated nameplate push buttons.

The older SPA style panels were commonly installed on larger multi-way door entry systems, typically above 10 ways, where flush-fitting panels with the 51 speech unit were standard. If you are replacing buttons on a current-generation SPA panel (1-10 way), you will need the Model 64 or 64VR button instead. The 50 is supplied as a complete button assembly ready for fitting to the front plate.
