The Alpro AL2001 is a monitored electric strike from the AL2000 series, offering Fail Safe (PTL) operation with 12/24VDC selectable voltage. Designed for timber and metal door applications, it features a stainless steel one-part body and striker with a compact 26mm overall depth. The AL2001 provides latch monitoring, door monitoring and anti-tamper monitoring as standard, making it suitable for installations requiring comprehensive status feedback.

With a factory-tested holding force of 1,380kg (3,000lb) and IP56 weather resistance, the AL2001 is well suited to both internal and external door positions. The strike body is pre-drilled for extension lips in 15mm, 25mm, 50mm and 75mm sizes. A single fixing point simplifies installation on metal frames. The mounting kit is included as standard. AC compatibility is available with the optional IEC-RM1 module.
