The Aiphone LE-AN is a surface mount open-voice audio sub station featuring both a call button and a privacy function. It is designed for use with LEF series master stations in multi-room intercom systems.

The privacy button prevents the master station from monitoring the sub station until the function is disengaged. When privacy is active, incoming calls are still received but audio from the sub station is not transmitted back to the calling master. This makes the LE-AN suitable for locations where confidentiality is required, such as offices or consultation rooms.

The LE-AN connects to LEF series master stations using terminals 1, E and -. It is compatible with the LEF-3, LEF-5, LEF-10 and LEF-10S master stations and can be integrated into systems using the BG-10C selective call adaptor for expanded multi-station configurations.
