The AES EL00IG-RAD-K is a complete commercial-grade inground wireless vehicle detection kit with dual sensing technology, combining magnetometer and radar detection. This kit includes the inground sensor, e-Trans 50 transceiver, and calibration magnet — everything needed for a single presence mode inground installation.

The sensor is flush mounted into the driveway surface using Sikaflex adhesive, providing a discreet installation with no surface protrusion. When a vehicle approaches, the magnetometer detects the change in magnetic field and triggers the transceiver relay. The sensor then switches to radar mode to confirm continued vehicle presence. If the magnetic field drops below threshold, radar verifies whether a vehicle remains above the sensor before releasing the relay. Two-way radio communication ensures reliable latch and unlatch confirmation.

The battery is accessible from the top of the unit for replacement without removing the sensor from the ground. Radar settings including dead zone, sensor distance, sensitivity, magnetic field release level, and confirmation mode are adjustable via the AES e-Diagnostics remote (sold separately).

The gate or door controller must have a dedicated open input and auto close function enabled.
