AES Auxiliary Keypad and Prox Reader for Multi-Entrance Access Control

The AES KEY-AUX-IBPK-EU is an auxiliary keypad and proximity reader unit designed to expand the AES Keycell system by providing additional access control points at secondary entrances, gates and doors. This IP55-rated unit connects to a Keycell master unit via 5 cores of Cat5 cable and draws 100mA, making it suitable for daisy-chaining across multiple locations on a single site.

Ideal for apartment blocks, gated estates and commercial premises where multiple entry points require keypad code or prox card access from a single GSM-connected master unit. Each auxiliary unit features DDA-compliant LEDs to indicate correct or incorrect code/card entry, and the onboard relay is assignable via dip switch to relays 3 through 8 across the system. Up to 6 auxiliary units can be connected to one Keycell master, providing a maximum of 8 relay outputs in total.
