The Videx V-170E/S/SH is a surface-mounted drop key fireman switch with rainshield surround, manufactured from 12 gauge 316 grade brushed stainless steel. It incorporates a double pole DPDT micro-switch providing both push-to-make and push-to-break contacts for flexible wiring configurations with fail safe lock releases. The drop key design affords a higher level of security against misuse than conventional fireman switches. Suitable for emergency exit and fire control applications in door entry and access control systems.
