Surface mounting rim release with an operating voltage of 12V AC, suitable for use with inward opening double doors as well as rim night latch locks. It is a good quality rim release, preferred by installers due to its ease of installation and price.
The rim release is fail locked, therefore the door will remain locked when the power fails. This feature makes it unsuitable for fire exit and emergency doors.
