Fadini 9685WL TALOS C730 Automatic Anti-Terrorism Hydraulic Bollard - 1,000 mm x ¿275 mm, without Casing
Supplied without foundation casing, the Fadini 9685WL TALOS C730 is a fully retractable, heavy-duty automatic anti-terrorism bollard, 1,000 mm high with a ¿275 mm x 12 mm S355J2H steel cylinder. It is built for sensitive sites such as military stations, police headquarters and airports, where a hostile vehicle is a threat that has to be stopped.
Tested to stop a 7.5 t vehicle at 48 km/h in a single-bollard configuration, it is certified to ASTM F2656-18A C730, PAS 68:2013 V/7500 (N3)/48 and IWA 14-1:2013 V/7200 [N3C]/48, with 250,000 J impact resistance and 750,000 J breakout resistance. It rises in about 5.0 s and lowers in about 4.2 s, locks hydraulically when raised, and can be lowered manually in an emergency with the release spanner behind a burglar-proof cover plate. Please note this version is supplied without the foundation casing.
