Fadini Safety Edge for Large Gate Automation up to 4000 mm

The Fadini F/2079L is a safety edge available in 3000 mm and 4000 mm sizes, providing crush and trap protection on sliding and swinging gate automation systems. Fitted to the leading edge of a moving gate, the safety edge detects contact along its entire height and signals the control unit to reverse or stop the gate.

Designed for larger entrances at commercial premises, industrial sites, apartment blocks and gated estates, this safety edge achieves EN12978 compliance when used with the Fadini Elpro series electronic control unit, subject to control testing. The clip-mounted installation system includes a cardboard template for accurate fixing, and the rubber edge can be cut to a custom height provided it remains 40 mm longer than the aluminium profile.
