The RGL MSL2600 is a fail-safe shear lock delivering a maximum shear force of 1200 kg (2600 lb), suitable for wooden and aluminium doors. The auto-adjusting dual voltage design operates on either 12 V or 24 V DC without manual switching. Features include a door open delay timer adjustable from 0.5 to 25 seconds, door position detection outputs, and a monitoring relay with NO and NC contacts rated at 24 V / 1 A. Constructed from fireproof materials and designed for horizontal mounting only, the MSL2600 is ideal for high-security access control installations in commercial premises, healthcare buildings and public sector environments. Optional SH2600 surface housing and GD2600 glass door brackets are available for applications where mortice installation is not possible.
