The Fadini Junior 633 is a 230 Vac electromechanical sliding gate operator for residential and industrial gates up to 600 kg. It suits sites where a gate is too heavy for a light-duty motor but does not need a full industrial unit - removing the worry of a gate that stalls or wears out early.

A 230 Vac motor at 1,350 rpm drives the gate at 10 m/min through a 1:31 worm and plastic crown gear in an oil bath on ball bearings, delivering 600 N of thrust. An encoder combined with amperometric detection reverses the gate on contact with an obstacle, electronic braking slows it at each end of travel, and a magnetic limit switch sets the stops. The motor has 160 ¡C thermal protection and the current series uses the ELPRO 65 control unit under a transparent cover that protects against humidity and dirt.
