The GDX HSVD-001 is a wall-mounted audio and video door entry handset providing 2-way audio and a live colour video feed of the caller. Designed for the GDX5 door entry platform, this 2-button handset enables residents to visually and audibly identify visitors before granting access, combining a 4 inch colour TFT monitor with DDA-compliant tactile controls in a compact ABS White housing.

Suitable for apartment blocks, sheltered housing schemes, supported living environments and commercial premises, the HSVD-001 connects to a GDX5 Audio Line Card via 3-pair CW1308 or minimum CAT5e U/UTP twisted pair cabling at distances up to 50 m from the Linecard. Separate 3-core cables are required for audio and video connections. Power is provided by the Linecard at 12V DC, requiring no local mains supply at the handset location.
