The Fadini FIBO 400 is a 3 HP three-phase operator for the heaviest industrial sliding gates, up to 4,000 kg. For large sites where the main gate carries constant HGV and staff traffic, it provides the power to move a massive gate reliably, without the strain and breakdowns that come from an undersized motor.

Its 2.2 kW motor on 230/400 Vac 50/60 Hz delivers 600 Nm of rated torque at 50 Hz via a worm and bronze crown gear in an oil bath on ball bearings, with a 1/40 ratio giving 10.5 m/min at 50 Hz. A mechanical clutch provides safety, mechanical limit switches define the travel and a steel sheet casing protects the geared motor. Control comes from the ELPRO 37 HP unit with power contactors, electronic brake, D.S.A./D.A.C.S. self-tests and a traffic light preset.
