The Fadini FIBO 300 is a 1.5 HP three-phase industrial sliding gate operator for gates up to 2,500 kg. It is designed for heavy commercial and industrial entrances - depots, yards and factory sites - where a gate that fails to move means delayed deliveries and an unsecured perimeter.
Running on 230/400 Vac at 50/60 Hz, its 1.1 kW motor produces 300 Nm of rated torque at 50 Hz through a worm and bronze crown gear in an oil bath on ball bearings, with a 1/40 gear ratio for a gate speed of 10.5 m/min (12.8 m/min at 60 Hz). A mechanical clutch adds safety, mechanical limit switches set the stops, and the geared motor is housed in a protective steel sheet casing. It is paired with the ELPRO 37 HP control unit with power contactors in a polycarbonate box.
