The Comelit - SRV-VMS1000A is a CCTV management and recording server used to run Comelit CCTV Manager and supervise IP cameras on a site network.
Install the server in a secure comms cupboard or rack location on the same network as the cameras and NVR hardware. Once powered and networked, configure the software, add cameras, then set up recording rules and user access for the customer.
It is suited to medium sized systems where you need a central point for device discovery, user permissions, live view and playback. Use it when you want the site to be managed properly rather than relying on individual devices alone.
